Tyson started working part time and after school with us at the age of 13 years in the retail side, water testing and stock control.  In the past four years with us Tyson has taken on a variety of responsiblities and now is responsible for:

• staff training including the coordination of staff rosters and scheduled daily jobs
• onsite servicing and problem solving
• retail management including stock control and customer service
• servicing pumps and equipment in our workshop

Furthering his skills, Tyson has completed his Certificate I in Soldering & Metalwork, and his Certificate I in Construction giving him his White Card.  Next year he plans on completing his Forklift Licence and his Restricted Electrical B Licence.
