Training them from a young age, Zac started with Crystal Pool Maintenance when he was 13 years old working part time on the weekends and after school.
After finishing school Zac completed his Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade with the view to taking his career further in this field. Having company inside knowledge from a young age and being part of the development and expansion of Crystal Pools over the years, we saw a fantastic opportunity to incorporate Zac and his skills into furthering the services offered by Crystal Pools. Once finished his Trade, Crystal Pools offered Zac a full time position managing the workshop with all pool equipment repairs, maintenance and servicing. Zac has built on his skills with the completion of necessary requirements for his Restricted Electrical Licence in the Northern Territory.
As Assistant Manager, Zac is now responsible for the management of the workshop, staff and relevant resources and the retail side of the business. Since Zac's employment with Crystal Pools, his younger brother Tyson has joined the crew with Zac's training and support, to follow in the same footsteps.
"Working in a family run business, it's fun and enjoyable coming to work every day and I have had some fantastic opportunities that are going to only enhance and promote my knowledge and skills."
